Terms of use
In effect since November 1, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Ariel de los Santos, who publishes Livramis from Canada (“we”). By creating an account you accept them, together with the community guidelines and the privacy policy.
Who can use Livramis
You must be 14 or older. One account per person; keep access to your email safe, since it is how you sign in.
Your content
What you write and add (reviews, lists, posts, notes) stays yours. You give us permission to store it, show it to the people your settings allow, and keep the copies needed to run the service, only to provide Livramis. You are responsible for what you post: it must follow the community guidelines and the law, and you must have the right to share it.
Moderation
Anyone can report content. We review reports and may hide content, warn, suspend or close accounts that break the guidelines or these terms. If you think we made a mistake, write to support@livramis.app.
Book data
Book details and covers come mostly from Open Library (Internet Archive) and from readers. They may contain mistakes; you can report wrong details from the book’s page.
Price
Livramis is free. We may later offer an optional paid plan with extra features, sold only through the App Store and Google Play under their terms. Logging books, ratings, reviews, lists, friends, exporting your data and deleting your account will always be free.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time, in the app or on this website. We may end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
Disclaimer and liability
We work hard to keep Livramis running and your data safe, but the app is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Changes and law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app first, and you will be asked to accept them again. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province where you live.
